Jamie is the owner and founder of Haybales and Barbells LLC, an Equestrian Fitness company that has helped thousands of equestrian athletes worldwide become stronger and more balanced riders for their horses.


Jamie holds a Masters Degree in Recreation Therapy and is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Youth Exercise Specialist, Certified Inclusive Fitness Trainer and has been an avid equestrian athlete for two decades.
